Hey All--- It seems purple bands are sold out... I did get my first pick this morning on some-- thanks all for the time updates and I just ordered a few more. Love Disney!

I think they look cool, but the cost a little too much for us Canadians! To ship here is $24.50 for a total of 54.19 US or $68.93 Canadian.

Even the US shipping of $7.95 is outrageous. Then again, there's only a 3000% markup to begin with so they've got to make it up somewhere..

I saw this too. Holy smokes! I have not drank quite that much Kool-Aid to justify that kind of cash for one, no matter how cool they are. Almost, but not quite that much...

Careful with the ones on ebay. If you buy your DVC magicbands resale after 4/4/2016, Ken Potrock will jump out of the box and take away your perks.

Good choice. The ebay ones will probably not be able to link fastpasses or something. You'll be notified of that "very positive step" via colorful 25th anniversary letterhead a couple of days before your next trip.

Here's a first look at the lights that are made by the DVC 25th Limited Edition MagicBand. I'm NOT SURE yet if sounds are made by this MagicBand, or if it works at FastPass+, so I'm looking for more people to test it out before making final judgement. The sound may have just been off for this touch point.

We were behind someone using the FP on 7DMT that got a very coool rainbow light when they used the touch point. I had wondered if it was the DVC band but these lights are not the same.

I decorate our bands and always get lots of comments from CM's about them and how they've never seen THAT one before so I understand the enjoyment of having different even if my main purpose is to make them look less like a MB. Funny thing is that I still have them suggesting I sell them even though Disney has all these offerings! lol My self decorated bands are what I'll stick to and not paying Disney for another. Ebaying for $150 could pay for a lot of decorating supplies though......

If anyone wants them, PM me and I'll ship them to you for my cost ($59.38) plus shipping & you cover the paypal fee too . I'll hang onto them for a few more days in case someone wants them and then send them back. I don't feel like shipping them separately. This is not a solicitation or profit-motivated sale; just offering to help someone out on this board who may have missed out. I will get my money back either way!

No, blue and purple were out of stock when I ordered them. Then they were back but apparently disney doesn't possess the technology to cancel an order. Thus I have one of each but only want the blue and purple.

Where did you find blue, it was sold out quickly when I was ordering. I got purple and red.

I met Ken Potrock with a suitcase full of cash in an alley in a bad part of Orlando (otherwise known as "Orlando") and he hooked me up.

Really, they were all available randomly from time to time. You just had to check back every so often.

Thanks, I know they are still available in the parks but haven't seen any blue ones online yet. But I hear merchandise at the Disney Store online is somewhat like roulette.

They seem to be back in stock online at the Disney Store. Not the the Parks App. I purchased a purple one this morning.
