:)

14 days this June/July. I spent just under $6000 for a family of four (only one qualifies as a child for admission purposes, both were under 11 as far as food was concerned). We bought PAP's, stayed in a studio at WLV. We did not do US/IOA or any parks other than Disney ( we did a 5 day pkg at US/IOA in 2000). We had net been to Disney in nearly six years--so I was not too concerned about the budget and wanted to take things at the kids pace seeing things the way they did! Now that I've been bitten by the Disney Bug, I will have to better about budgeting so I can go more frequently!

This isn't exactly within your time constraints, but we took a 12 day trip (2 days travleing from West Coast and 10 days at WDW) with 2 adults and three kids. We bought 7 day park hopper plus passes and did lots of "extras" like Pirates Cruise, Wonderland Tea Party, and generally one sit down meal per day (Princess b'fast, Liberty Tree Tavern, HDDR, etc). We usually ate b'fast in our room, except for the two character b'fasts.

My parents were with us, so sometimes they paid for stuff, but then sometimes we did. Our airfare was $1100, our passes were $1300, 3 nights at DxL was over $600 and our car was $200. We exchanged our timeshare for the other 8 nights.

We spent about $5000.

Sounds like we were in the ballpark with everyone else at about $5750 for the 15 nights.

We spent 7 nights at Shades of Green (with my parents - dad was an officer so we paid about $90 per night) and 8 nights at the Holiday Inn Family Suites. We bought annual passes for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids), plus paid for 1 day at Blizzard Beach & 1 evening at Pleasure Island. We also did Cirque du Soleil, and we bought a few souvenirs.

For our meals, we ate a few character & hotel restaurant meals, (one extravagant Fulton Crab House dinner), but others we ate off-site (we had a car the 2nd week) or just quick meals in the park. Even though we had a mini-kitchen at HIFS, we never ate in the room - just ate the free breakfast. (I think their mini-kitchen was just a small fridge & a microwave).

We paid air fare from Oregon (expensive) with 1 free frequent flyer ticket.

We spent 12 nights, 2 at Universal PBH and 10 at Horizons. 2 adults, 3 teens, 1 9years,1 3years, and 1 1year old. So really 7 that we had to pay for. Two day/two park Universal tickets, 4-day park hopper plus tickets for Disney, saw cirque, Hoop dee doo, 1 day at Discovery Cove. We spent $4000 on the tickets alone. Then we had two character meals, all our other food costs, hotel and some souveniers, well I kind of gave up keeping track, but it was well over $10,000 dollars. We had a really, really great time though!

We did 14 days at the Contemporary about 11-12 years ago on what used to be called the World Adventure Vacation Plan, or what was commonly referred to as the "Gold Key" plan. We found out we couldn't just eat all those meals for 14 days. Since then we don't do meal plans.

For the two of us, it cost about $8500.

This is the way my budget is working:
$1172 travel expences (includes 2 nights on autotrain with meals, gas and tolls )
$863 hotels(12 night= 1 priceline hotel before train, 3 at Courtyard DD, 5 at Country Inn and Suites kidsuite,3 at HRH)
$1723 passes(Universal 7 days bonus, Disney AP's)
$1000 food

The Total is about $4800
12 nights Disney/Universal 2 nights on Autotrain.
I planned to stay budget off property so we could buy the Ap's and go to Universal too. Next trip AP's will be paid for and will stay on property. This is the last vacation before my DH goes for knee replacement surgery. I am really hoping that we will squeeze at least one more vacation out of our AP's( maybe in the spring).

I know the budget for food is light. I have 6 vouchers for B&C= 3 meals, plus 5 mornings of free breakfast at the Country Inn. We plan on eating our remainding breakfasts in the room. I only have 2 ps restaurants planned. One for a CB (with 2 vouchers from American express rewards, olny have to pay for the kids) and one for 'Ohanas. The rest of the meals are going to be counter service or eaten off property. I have an 8 and 10 yo that thinks fast food is the greatest!!!! This is what we need to keep within, I saved up for this vacation and refuse to put any on the charge card!!!

Anyone else!!! Iwant to see how I did!

3 adults and 1 child $3800 drove downwith rented minivan and stayed 12 nights in a condo/ shared expence with IN laws though $500 each. 5 day PH, 3day US , BP and Busch Gardens. Breakfast at the condo Except for 3 mornings, only one character meal. No sit down meals in Disney (IMO way overpriced)

We stayed 14 nights last December - 10 at the Wilderness Lodge and 4 off-site. We did all the Disney stuff plus both Universal parks, Gatorland, lots of mini golf and outlet shopping - plus we visited the beach and a few Florida state parks. I think the total came in at about $4,000 for us - just me and DH. We drove down, so that helped a little bit. We could have done it cheaper, but we ate lots of really nice meals, bought a lot of stuff, etc.

We just back from a stay of 13 nights. Aug 10-23.
We stay at the campground and that saves us so much money.
We drive down from MI pulling a pop-up.
We bought 6 PAP At $3000 which was the most expensives parts of the trip.
Buying the APs saved us money on the campsite and we only payed $349 for the 13 nights.
And staying at the campground we were able to cook our meals so we didnt have to eat out every night. So we took $600 for the six of us for food.We have a couple of light eaters in my family and what the restaurants dont tell you is that you can order of the kids menu no matter what your age is.
And we took $400 for gas,and whatever we had for spending money.

So our whole trip cost us $4349 plus spending money.

Sounds like you all did prety good...

We're going to WDW this January, 10 people. 3 kids are flying free because we have enough milage to get them free tickets. We managed to get two very nice condos from sky auction, 300 dollar total for a week, $150 each. 5 of us are going home after one week and the rest will be staying at another hotel for about 3-4 days and going to universal. Not sure how much it's all gonna cost, but we're aiming for saving :smooth:

We spent 14 nights last June at WDW. We stayed 7 nights at an off-site condo, 3 nights at the Yacht Club, and 4 nights at All Star Movies. We are a family of 1 child and 2 adults. We ate many meals on site (we love character meals), but also cooked plenty in the condo during that week. We drove down (from SC) so that saves some money too. Our total was just under $4000 and we did have annual passes. We saved a ton at Yacht Club and All Star with APs as well. Have a great trip - we loved being so relaxed and taking it slow.
