.

It sounds like a glitch on the website. Although you can't buy scheduled flights directly until 11 months out, you can with a package. I booked my October trip 15 months ago through Disney UK. I also had a problem with the website and had to phone and complete the booking. If you have to do this, make sure you print the web page that wouldn't let you process your booking and don't let them not give you the online booking discount, even if you have to ask for a supervisor. They will do it if you stick to your guns.

The only other thing I can think may have happened is that you spent too long on the quote before processing the payment. You only have 30 minutes from selection to completion of check out.

I've just tried pricing a trip next August and had the same problem. I then tried June thinking the 11 months rule was the problem...same message. Then a few dates in May and the same problem. I think the website must be playing up.

Pheeeew =).

Rachey, I see you are from Scotland. Are you looking for a Glasgow departure? I don't want to make you panic, but this is the first trip I have EVER managed a Scottish departure in a package and when I called to book 17 months out, they told me that the return flight only had 2 seats left :scared1:

That does not mean all the seats are sold out though, only those allocated to the travel company for flight inclusive packages, so DIY may be your next best bet, getting the accommodation, tickets and DDP (if applicable) from WDTC and doing the flights yourself. I could have saved by doing that last year.

I just remembered. VA only fly from Glasgow on 2 days in October. Have you tried putting in another airport to see if it is Glasgow or the website that is a problem.

Yeeah, I have been lurking/re-searching about flights from Glasgow and its to much bother. . . Just going from Manchester.

Just looked it up this second on 'packages' between 1st Oct - 5 Nov and only one flight is showing up and thats early on in Oct, When we are going 20th sort of date =(. . . Manchester it shall be ! Haha.

I'm going to make you feel a bit better about this. I was chuffed to go from Glasgow this year as I felt I should be entitled :lmao: to fly from my local airport.

When I priced the packages from MAN (where we usually fly from) it worked out about the same price as Glasgow, even with the airport hotel (you can decide if you want to stay overnight or not) because of the extra supplements for GLA departures. You will also arrive at MCO about 4 hours earlier than you would on the Glasgow flight. :goodvibes

Ooooooh ! So its kinda down hill for you ? Hahah. . . Well, least you live near by ! I have to get 2 flights to even get down to Manchester (I live in Orkney)

Sorry but do you/anyone know if you have to put in passport details when you book the package (Currently sorting the man's first passport and im getting impatient and want to book now ! Haha. . . But my dad said you have to enter in passport details (Doesnt know if you do for Disney ? )

You can tell im such a travel novice =|

Orkney, wow!

You don't give passport details for the booking. They don't do this as a replaced passport between booking and travelling would mean a new passport number. You just need to make very sure that the names on your booking are all exactly as they appear in your passports. The passport details will be needed when you complete your ESTAs and your API and these don't need to be done until shortly before travel (ESTA at least 72 hours prior to departure). I don't know how long you need to get the passport sorted but from next month there will be a charge for ESTAs which are currently free. If it is only one passport you are waiting for you may want to do them for the rest of the party in the meantime so you only pay the $14 for one person if that passport only arrives after the changes are brought in. If you need any information on this there is a sticky at the top of the page full of info. Use the link in Pegasus (Kenny's) thread so that you get to the authentic site. Some agencies are doing it on your behalf :rolleyes1 and charging much more for the 'service' but it is still free.

I am really sorry. My weekend manners can be appalling at times ..... it's a little late but
