Gee, my Kodak all-in-one does a fantastic job!! And their customer service has been top-notch. I have dial-up still and they have been great about sending me software updates on CDs since I cannot get them via download successfully and FREE... maybe your printer is an older model?

Photoshop Elements is a great program. You can get a free trial version to see if it will work for you! (Adobe)
