250-500 AKV points for rent - make an offer

Hello all.

I have 250 AKV points sitting in my account that I'd like to rent. If you need more, I am willing to borrow some from next year to accommodate you (up to another 250 points). I cannot use them this year because my sons have travel baseball tournaments in Myrtle Beach NC and Cooperstown NY.

How much do I want for them? Make me an offer. I can sell them to David's for $14 a point so I certainly would not take less than $15.

I would require full payment up front. I have a PayPal account and can accept payment that way, but if PayPal charges me a fee, I would have to ask you to cover the fee. A check would be fine, and preferable.

Once I receive payment, I can make your reservation. I would need the names of everyone in your group (and ages of the kids- Disney requires this). I can also make your magic express reservations and help you with the dining plan too. Magic express is included by Disney at no other cost, dining costs more. The moment it is booked, I will forward the reservation information to you. We will have full transparency and communication.

I live in the Chicago area. I can provide you with substantial verifiable information about who I am, and I am very confident that you will be comfortable doing business with me once we are able to communicate one on one. I have a legal background and I am happy to draw up a simple written agreement if you'd like.

If you are looking at going during the Christmas season, this might be your best opportunity to get a booking in before everything is gone, as the 7 month window will open very soon.

I am looking for a studio on 10/8/17-10/12/17 at any of the following resorts (in order of preference):
1) Polynesian Villas
2) Villas at Grand Californian
3) Bay Lake Tower
4) Beach Club

Upgraded view (e.g., lake view) is preferred, but not necessary. It looks like the max points I would need is 84, although some resorts would be less. We are flexible.

Hi, I was wondering if you could please check for any room in any resort from November 10-15th please. My fiancee and I aren't picky on resort.
