Restaurant.com is currently having a 70% off promotion. You can purchase $25 certificates for $3 (normally $10). Enter Promo code: MOM

There's a pizza place (Top Class Pizza) that's included in the list. The menu looks good... especially for the kids. Who can not love pizza? I purchased 2 $25 certificates for our upcoming trip.

Enjoy!

Hi Nancy when I went there and enter zip code 92802 I only saw House of Blue in the Disneyland area. Is there a hit that I am not doing?

Hi... .i used the State option instead of entering the zip code. You will see a map as well as breakdowns of the area (#6 Orange County).

Remember to enter promo code (Mom).

Aloha, Nancy

Remember to read the fine print. Thanks for the link though.

Yes. They all have a minimum purchase price, but I still say its a good deal. With this promotion, you would still be saving quite a bit.

For example:

$25 certificate = cost $3.00

if your bill is $50, you would pay $28 ($50 - 25 GC + $3 for cost of GC)

We picked up 2 of these certificates. One for the House of Blues in DTD and another for Fire+Ice Grill in GardenWalk. We will report back on how it went as far as use goes. The only thing I am concerned about is meeting the $35 minimum with only 2 people.

Definitely read the fine print! Sometimes the certificates can only be used Mon-Thurs, sometimes only during certain mealtimes, and are usually dine-in only. Still, they can be very worthwhile!

It also says:

Limit one (1) redemption per party, per month, per restaurant.
Limit one (1) Restaurant-Specific Certificate per redemption. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.

ok... at first this thread sounded very inviting... now, not so much. Because of all of the limiting conditions.IDK... maybe it will still be of good savings for many a person, but not so sure if it is going to be that for one or two people.

I didn't find these to be worthwhile for me. Mainly, it's because they aren't restaurants I'd go to otherwise and I end up spending more than I would have without the coupons. I do have a couple for Newport Beach, which we're going to in July so maybe those will work out better. They had one for $10 instead of $25 (Charlie's Chili at the base of Newport Pier) so you didn't have to spend very much to make it work and it was only 80 cents to purchase because it was during the recent 80% off sale. I figure we can try it for lunch or breakfast.

One thing I really dislike about the site is that you don't get the fine print until AFTER you've purchased the certificate.

Are you sure? When you choose the dollar amount of the certificate you want, there is some fine print with restrictions right under that blue box. Or is there more fine print that comes out on the certificate once it's printed? I have never noticed anything additional print out on ones I have purchased.
