Just exactly where in that statement does it say 25 ft. tall?

They also mentioned that you would only see it for a split second on the show.

I read that in another article. 25ft is pretty tall for an animatronic. I'm beginning to wonder if that number is an exaggeration?

Why??

Combination of factors:

- As you can see from the photo, the train turns about 15 degrees to the right at the very top of that first drop. That in essence makes you feel like you are literally falling of a cliff, since you can't see where the train is going just as it picks up speed (which it does very fast - you go from about 3 mph to over 40 in less than two seconds) .

- While you can't see the bottom of the first drop in the photo, the picture does show how the Cyclone is a textbook example of a "twister," a coaster built on a small footprint which has the tracks continually turning and crossing themselves. Consequently, when you are going down the first drop, you feel like you're falling into a forest.

What I didn't get into is what happens immediately after that first drop. You quickly go up a hill and scream around a tight left turn and immediately drop again -- down into another "forest" and directly under another track (that appears so close you literally think your head is going to be chopped off). You then fly up the hill which is directly under the "CYCLONE" sign in the picture. You're going so fast there that as you cross over the top of that hill, the "airtime" (a.k.a. negative gravity, the feeling of being weightless) is absolutely incredible.....I'm talking Tower of Terror levels here, with your bottom out of the seat and you legs up against the safety bar

Dh cant wait were hoping that they are doing a soft oepning while we are there to get a chance to go on. Well DH at least I want to go on, but Im not allowed to go on any fast rides for 7 more months.


If we cant go on Im not too sad, We will go on it next year with our little peanut in parent swap.

Oh and for you other coaster enthusiasts, I love Ohio !!! you guys have the best amusement parks, especially Cedar Point !!!
