25% Discount on ressies paid with cash

Just wondering is this DVC member benefit available for all Disneyworld resorts or just DVC ones?

It would only be for DVC villas & 25% discount may or may not be available for dates wanted.

And you have to book through Member Services for the discount. Member Services does not do cash rooms at non-DVC resorts, for those you need to go through the regular Disney reservation system.

today i booked an okw studios for $211 plus tax per night....Wondering if there will be some kind of promo in early december that maybe we can switch
even at $211 a night seems kind of steep to me.
