24th of december -advise wanted

We'll be at WDW on the 24th of december. We have a PS at the Castle for dinner, but are trying to plan for the rest of the day.

Will MK reach capacity on Christmas eve, or can we spend the morning in another park and still get in sometime during the afternoon ?

We'll be staying on-site and know it will be very crowded, but we are going for atmosphere and not trying to go on a lot of rides.

It will be packed but I believe because you are staying on site you are guaranteed admission. The Cindy's PS will also get you in. You'll have fun as long as you won't be frustrated by long waits for the attractions

Last year up until 2pm on Christmas eve MK was very doable...we left at this time....but starting on Christmas day it was packed and closed by 12pm...

PS's do not guarantee you admission into the parks, nor does staying onsite. Depending on how full the park is, onsite guests may be turned away, but I've never heard of this happening on Dec 24th.
