1st time with dvc. dec 11th-17th at SSR. looking forward to it, but is there a certain building i should request? its just me and a 3 year old in disney world for a week.

I'm not sure about buildings...but many people dislike the carousel section.

We aren't. $60+ per person is a little rich for us right now. We will definitely do evening EMH on Monday and regular hours on Wednesday night.

We really enjoyed our stay at SSR. We stayed in the Springs section and loved being close to the main pool and the CS restaurant.

We too will be there Dec 10 -15 with no kids! Going with best friends to celebrate 3 birthdays in Dec! BLT 2 bedroom, and MVMCP 12/14, ADR at LE Cellier on DH's birthday! We have never been too see christmas decorations we are sooooo excited!

We stayed in the Paddock building--it was great. Although it will be a bit of a walk to get to the food court and main pool. However, they are building a brand new pool area at the Paddock. I think I requested Grandstand at a friend's recommendation, but we were very pleased with our room!

BTW...we'll be there 12/14-12/23 at BLT!!! All 27 of us, with matching T-shirts, flags, hats, etc.! Just kidding! Only 14 of us at BLT...the other 13 will be at BWV! Celebrating 4 birthdays, 1 anniversary and 8 days of MAGIC!
