I am surprising my DD9 with a Christmas gift to go to Disneyland!! I am so excited.

We are flying to LA on Jan 1 and should be in Anahiem by noon. Does anyone know what attendance is like on Jan1? I know Dec 31 is crazy, but will we be able to get in on Jan 1, and will it be as crazy as Dec 31?

I am also giving the gift of DL for christmas for DS(10) this will be his first trip and he has no idea. We actually leave the day after christmas. I have been told that the 1st is still very busy. The morning is supposed to be ok but it is supposed to get much more crowded as the day goes on. We will be there first thing in the morning after a late night the night before. Hopefully we will see you there!
