We have 22 points for rent or transfer at $9 per point. Our home resort is Vero Beach, but points can be used at all disney vacation club resorts. All 22 points expire May 31, 2006.
If the transaction is a rental, 50% of the payment is due upon reservation confirmation, the other half is due 45 days out.
If the transaction is a transfer, we will transfer 100% of the points after receiving 50% payment; other 50% payment will be due within 10 days after the transfer is confirmed.
