22 Points for Rent or Transfer - SSR September 2016

Hi!

I currently have 22 points left to be used as described below. I can make reservations for one or a few nights as well as a pre or post cruise stay.

These points can still be transferred.

If anyone knows how I can edit my Title to say 22 points I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know.

I have 158 SSR Points for Rent or Transfer -September 2016 Use Year at $12 per point.

I can rent the points for trips beginning this September 2015.

I am an experienced renter and have references. I have rented on dis, Tug and the other Disney board.

Are you interested in doing a smaller point transfer or are you looking for the whole thing?

I only need 35 but I just realized these were 2016 points I need them for this sept? Im not sure that will work as I don't know if I can borrow transferred points.

I'm definitely interested I just have some concerns and maybe you have some experience with this. First off we can make the reservation until the 20th of this month as I need these points for AKV and my 7 month windows doesn't open until the 20th of this month. I would only need to make a 1 night reservation in a 1 bedroom standard view room at the Jambo house for the night of Sept 20th then I have enough points to book the rest of the week using my points. My concern is im wondering if they can tie our reservations together so that I wont have to switch rooms.

I was hoping to book at the Animal Kingdom Resort from September 25, 2015 to October 2, 2015. I was hoping to get a Studio with Value Accommodations. For this trip it should cost 69 points (I believe). If those dates aren't available could you please tell me what is available in roughly the same time frame? Thanks so much!
