It's getting closer! 22 days until DH and I fly to Orlando and stay at the Swan for him to attend an IT conference, and me to play :) Here are the plans so far:

If anyone has a suggestion on what time I should leave the Swan for each park I'm doing in the am would greatly appreciate.

Day 1: Arrive at airport about 1:30pm, check in at Swan, go to DS for 6pm ADR at Morimotos

Day 2: HS - I arrive for 7am EMH, solo morning, DH joins in evening
Run for TSL, ride Slinky Dog, TSMM.
Check times for ToT & RnRc, maybe ride, maybe not
Get in some of the shows/movies/exhibits - high on list OMD, SW launch bay, Little Mermaid or Beauty, Frozen, Muppets and Indy for sure - I'm a muppet freak, have a tattoo of Kermit playing the banjo
DH arrives around 5pm - maybe go back to Swan a little early to meet him if I'm fading in the heat LOL
5:40 fp TSMM
7:15 fp RnRc - reride single rider
8:25 ToT

Day 3: AK - full solo day for me. Arrive for 8am EMH
Straight for Dinosaur, ride once or twice
EE maybe, do the trails in the morning while it is cooler
Tough to be a bug
11:30 fp Kali RR
single rider EE
1:20 ADR/w RoL 1st viewing Tiffins
3:25 fp Na'avi RJ
Africa - gorilla falls/Lion King/? planet watch
6:55 fp KS
Tree of Life
9:00 RoL

Day 4: Full solo day. Lazy morning, Typhoon Lagoon, lazy evening, DS for dinner

Day 5: Solo morning, evening join DH for conference events
9:50 ADR AKL Boma
Wander resorts, do some pin trading - AKL, monorails, maybe Wilderness
Back to Swan
5:30ish - conference dinner with DH at Epcot includes Illuminations and 3 rides after hours

Day 6: MK - solo morning, DH joins afternoon - no EMH park opens 9am, buuuuut:
8:05 ADR BOG (Woo hoo! a little steep for breakfast, but figure worth the cost to fill up on protein - thinking the meat and cheese entree, get in early and be ready to go!)
SDMT, Peter Pan (my favorite!), maybe IASW & Pooh
HM, Splash, Pirates, Jungle
Sorcerers of MK - found my kids cards from when we went 5 years ago :)
DH arrives after 2
2:55 fp SM
5:30 fp SDMT
7:45 fp BTMR
Whatever we feel like doing

Day 7: go home :(

For Day 2 - the EMH for HS and TSL - pay attention to the main forum to learn about when they are really opening the gates and herding folks to TSL. My guess is that you need to be on the first bus leaving from Swan to HS in the morning. If you really want to last the whole day - I might suggest you try to book a lunch ADR someplace in HS. Or - plan on a break back at the hotel. You have a very long day planned.

For Day 3 - really? No FOP? It's so worth it. Anyway - without FOP at EMH RD - your plan sound fine. You probably want to catch a 7 am bus. I don't think you don't have enough planned between 8 am and your 11:30 am FP. As an FYI - the animal trails are a lot more HUMID in the morning. But - they do have lower crowds - so that can be nice. They are pretty shaded in the afternoon. Planet Watch closes early - so take a look at the Times Guide if you want to hit that. I applaud the Tiffins lunch - it's awesome. I think you are going to be done with the day after your FP on KS - and I wonder if you will really make it to ROL or give up on the day. You might try an adult beverage at Nomad's Lounge between KS and ROL.

Day 4 - yep - you are going to need the rest.

Day 5 - I'd give yourself 2 hours by bus from walking out of your hotel room to get to Boma. It might not take that long - but if you get to AKL early - the gift shop there is great, pool area is fun to see (visit the flamingo's!) - and you can see the savanna before breakfast. After Boma - I would bus to MK. Ride the Resort Launch boats to GF. See GF, Poly, CR. Depending on your energy - you could also hit Wilderness. You aren't going to be hungry for lunch - but you can get a Dole Whip at Poly.

Day 6 - bring a ziplock bag with you for your left-overs pastries from your BOG breakfast. They will be great at 10 am. Since you have a FP for SDMT - skip it in the morning - I'd go PP, HM, Jungle, POTC, Splash. I'd ride the train back to FL at this point - maybe the characters, Barnstormer, Dumbo, depending on length of line. If bad - walk to Tomorrowland - People Mover, COP. It's tempting to ride IASW with short line first thing - but you can ride it in the evening with your hubby with a short line, too. Are you going to watch the parade? If yes - you and hubby need to have a plan of where to meet. And maybe think twice about a 2:55 FP for SM (maybe use at 3:55?; but then need to see parade in Frontierland or Liberty Square). For SOTMK - you are going to need a game on your MB. Unless you have an old band - you are going to have to go back to Main Street to get that set up. If shopping the shops in MK is important to you - they have a LOT lighter traffic in the morning. If you buy anything - leave it for package pick-up at the end of the night.

For Day 2 - the EMH for HS and TSL You have a very long day planned.
I will likely go back to the hotel before I meet up with him, since it is a short distance between. First bus out sounds like a plan.

For Day 3 - really? No FOP?
I have migraine associated vertigo, so no FOP, Soarin', Star wars, etc for me :( Can't deal with anything VR or spinny. Rollercoasters I'm good though :confused3. Good to know about the morning humidity and that the trails are shaded. Am planning on really taking my time through the park, will probably end up sitting and people watching in the shade somewhere with that adult beverage ;) I originally had the FP for KS a little later but I was a little worried I was going to have to rush to ROL. I could do it on the later end of the hour.

Day 4 - yep - you are going to need the rest.
For sure! I'm really only going to TL because my ticket package included it. Thinking it will pretty much be a float around the lazy river day.

Day 5 - I'd give yourself 2 hours by bus from walking out of your hotel room to get to Boma.
Yikes! Maybe I will get an Uber that morning, and bus over to MK to pick up the mono sounds perfect.

Day 6 - bring a ziplock bag with you for your left-overs pastries from your BOG breakfast.
Excellent! Was wondering if that was an option. Thanks for the ride order advise. Won't get DH on IASW though - LOL will have to ride in the am if I want to ride it. Probably no on the parade.

You can play SOTMK without magic bands, yes? I won't have one since our previous trip was pre-magic band and staying at Swan this time. I know I'll have to start a new game.

Thanks for all the tips! Definitely some stuff I hadn't thought about.

You can do SOTMK with your park ticket instead of a MB. For 5 days of park touring - I have to admit, I'd debate about buying a MB. You don't have to; your park ticket will serve the same purpose. But the ease of having your FP's on your wrist is pretty sweet.

Really, no parade, huh? That's a must-do for me. It's such a happy event.

The 2 hours to get to Boma is only because you have to go to a park first. If you use the bus times in the app now so you know you aren't going to be waiting 20 minutes for a bus at your hotel - it will go faster. I'd catch a bus to AK - then change to a bus to AKL. The bus to AKL stops at Kidani first, and you have to stay on to get to Jambo house. If all your timing was perfect - it will only take you an hour. If you wanted to sleep late that morning - then yes - Uber or Lyft.
