I don't think these points can be use through the World Passport option as in order to exchange through II, you must be able to use the points at a DVC resort.

They are reservation points and cannot be used for a DVC stay or an II exchange. They can be used for adventure collection, Concierge Collection, Disney Collection and exchanges through BVTC and must be used before the end of the use year or they will expire.

Do you have to make reservation 60 days prior to the point's expiration date? I remember there is some rule regarding using the reservation points, but not sure the exact details. If that is the case, you may have to make all your reservations to use up the points before 11/30/02.
