21 days and still waiting

Our contract was submitted for ROFR 21 days ago now. To me this seems to be around the average time frame for hearing if you've passed or not? Is it a bad sign that we've not heard yet or am I just too impatient?

In the recent past, we have seen Disney taking 25 - 30 days for the ROFR decision to be made. Be patient, you are almost there.

We passed ROFR on day 29 when we bought last September. I know it's hard waiting but you still have a good chance of passing ROFR. Good Luck.

My contract was submitted on Feb 9 and I heard back on Mar 1st (Mon). I emailed executed pdf contract, overnighted a check, and closed on Mar 5th (Fri). Still waiting for my new account to get setup and my points to be allocated. You should hear back any day now!! Good luck.

It took 23 days for our first go round (got ROFR'd), am hitting the 2 week mark now and starting to get REALLY anxious too! Hope you hear by tomorrow! Good luck, hope it passes!

It took 28 days for our contract last October. Hang in there...I'm sure you'll hear good news soon!!!

Congratulations! We just closed and are now in the system with a BCV resale! It took 27 days for Disney to pass. It took about 3 weeks after ROFR to close.
