Proposed dues have been announced: 2026 Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues:


My theory with Bay Lake Tower is that their dues from 2011-2025 assumed a typical inflation rate when budgeting for the 2025 refurb. With the inflation we had over the past few years, it would make sense for the refurb to go way over budget. If this is true, BLT would represent the first of a new pattern in expensive refurbs.
