2020 Maintenance Fee Credit transfer to Buyer on Resale?

I made an offer on a resale contract at AKL which was accepted and I am now in ROFR. The contract includes 98 banked points from 2020. I agreed to pay the 2021 and 2020 maintenance fees on the 98 points. Is it fair for me to request the 2020 MF credit be applied to those dues?

Since the seller is getting credit for those points, I think it is reasonable for you to ask that be applied to your points, unless disney has already appllied it to the 2021 points

That sounds like it would change the terms of the deal already sent to ROFR

If you are paying for the dues in your contract on the 20 and 21 use years then the dues will be paid to Disney if there’s an outstanding balance (members with auto debit) otherwise they will be credited back to the seller if they already paid them (pays annually).

My deal went through and when i checked the dues page under my dash board it had the full credit we agreed on since there was no points in 2021 or 2020 after the dues were taken there was still a credit for112 left in the account i guess that was the credit i tried to get a hold of the old owners through the resale company but no reply
so i think it will work it self out after the deal goes through. the account for the dues i guess is attached to the contact not the person now its linked to me and i have to add my way of paying the dues to that account
