2019 - When should we go?

So we are starting to plan our next trip to Disney World - this will be my 3rd. Last time we went (week after Thanksgiving 2016) it was the four of us plus my husbands parents and sister. 7 total. We decided this weekend (thanks to the D23 coverage) that it was time to start planning our next trip. So the 7 of us were thinking of heading down in Feb. 2019 as it is typically less crowded and we assume before SW land opens so we can, hopefully, beat a bit of those crows. Then the plot twisted...after all these years, I FINALLY got my parents on board to come with us but they are asking us to push it back to after they retire to the first of Oct. 2019 - again a typically lower point of year. However, there is a bit of concern as to that being right after SW land might/maybe open and the crowds are going to be much higher then normal. Do you think that is a valid concern? Do you think it'll effect and we will see much higher crowds over the entire place or just HS? Thought I would reach out to the 'experts' and get others opinions. Thank you in advance!!!

If your worried about the crowd levels at all parks, I honestly do not seeing the opening of Star Wars land having to much impact there as they will be at Star Wars land and might not leave even to go to other parts of HS. If your going to HS, just be aware that morning crowds headed towards Star Wars Land will but nuts.

October can be pretty busy because of Food & Wine as well. If you are OK with missing that, the second or third week of November (between the end of the festival and the start of the holidays) might be the lower crowd option.
