Which will offer lower crowds? Of course avoiding MLK, President's B-days and marathons.

I could be wrong but think I heard "late 2019" for WDW (DLR is slated to open sooner, maybe summer?). But it's definitely something to keep an eye on.

Seems like a push to me.

In Feb, need to watch out for Mardi Gras... which appears to be 3/5 in 2019... so likely won't be a factor.

What parks you pick on what day will have a better impact on crowds rather than what non holiday/event week you pick between those two months. It's splitting hairs.

Crowd-wise, Jan and Feb are pretty comparable. If you avoid the marathons and holidays where there are school closures, they will look pretty much the same.
