2017 Dining Plan - Chefs de France?

I'm planning our early 2017 last minute trip to WDW and the plan doesn't list this restaurant.
Is it no longer on the dining plan? Maybe it hasn't been added yet? Does anyone know?

Restaurants not owned by Disney do not do their contracts until December and will not be listed until early January. It would be wildly unusual for an in-park restaurant to drop out of DDP.
