Quick background. DH and I went to WDW for 1st time honeymoon in the days after Sept 11th (2001). Needless to say crowds were all time low. Went to DL with my MIL in 2003 and it was such a one day rush trip to the park, dont remember much about it. :(

We just took our DD for the first time this past Nov 3-10, 2013. Crowds were pretty decent. Weather was GORGEOUS!! We were able to get tickets for opening night of MVMCP. Food & Wine was going on. The end of our week definitely got much more crowded with Jersey week and Veteran's Day weekend.

My original plan was Nov 2017 (due to house projects I want/need done). But my brother who went with us last time, insists we cant wait that long. LOL
Plus my daughter was very overwhelmed with the people, dark, fireworks, etc that everyone (ok...me :guilty: ) was frustrated. Once I calmed down, pulled back, and just rolled with it, we all had a better time. Trying to do it all is near impossible to start with, trying to do it all with a frightened 3 year old is well.... In the end, my daughter had a great time. She is still talking about meeting Cinderella and all the good stuff she experienced. (I had a photobook made with TONS of pics (seriously its 87 pages from Snapfish) which we look at at least once a week.)
Then on top of that, my brother's GF of 3 years was supposed to come with us and he was going to propose in front of the castle. Well they broke up a few weeks before the trip and he found out while AT MK (on our 3rd day of an 8 day trip) that she had been cheating on him for months.
I think we're all looking for a do-over.

So here I am looking for a low crowd week for Nov/Dec 2016.

Here's what I'm wanting:

Preferably AFTER F&W. It really wasnt a draw for anyone in our group. We're all wine drinkers but ehh. I want Christmas decorations but even though we loved it, we more than likely wont do MVMCP again. (use that $ towards a lunch/dinner)
Unfortunately the weekend immediately following Thanksgiving is a very profitable craft show weekend for me and absolutely cannot miss it. :(

Oh and want nice weather! :D We live in PA and 70s is still shorts weather to us. We had some 90 days while there in Nov.

Was thinking about Dec 4-10, 2016 but someone mentioned Pop Warner and lots of teenagers in the parks as the week goes on. Also heard about cheerleaders and "cheering" all over the park. Which would probably become an annoyance to DH and my brother. Dont ask.

We would be staying at WBC (Wyndham Bonnet Creek) again. Which of course isnt Disney resort, so no DP. Throwing that out there because free dining wouldnt make a difference to our dates.
90% chance we're flying (100% if its up to me) into Sanford and getting a rental car again.

So just trying to make everyone happy can be exhausting!

Please any thoughts are so much appreciated! I know I have a long ways ahead of me. But NEVER too soon to start planning. (Or saving $$!)

The second and third week of November is great with low crowds and great weather. The first week of November is busy because of Jersey week, food and wine plus the marathon. We went Nov 2013 and arrived on veterans day. . We were able to get free dining but not sure how long they will keep offering it.

Mid-November and on weather can vary wildly in terms of weather.
I think it was 2008, the week before Thanksgiving week was basically all lows in the 40's and highs in the mid 50's to low 60's. There was even a night or 2 in the 30's and Orlando International reported actual snow flurries. That trip was all jeans, you could remove a seeatshirt if you were standing in the sun, but needed winter coats at night.

The following year was near perfect (imho) low 65 and high 80-85...all day shorts with NO layers!

Were going Nov 13-18 and went the same-ish last year 16-20... Its low crowds and was in high 70's low 80's we wore tanks and shorts the whole time even at night... Were from Michigan so were used to cold.. Heck its 50 degrees out and people are in shorts and no jackets here lol
