2016 Free Dining?

I know they haven't announced anything yet BUT i'm trying to plan a trip for late January 2016... My question is what dates are historically "blacked out"? I'm looking at Jan 19-24... Its the week of MLK so being the week of a federal holiday i'm not sure. Any input is appreciated

Free Dining in Jan is not likely. It has been stay, play, & dine the last few years instead. And I would suspect that MLK would be blacked out from any discounts (and have high crowds).

Free dining is a dinosaur at 65 million years ago. Expect it to go away if the resorts stay full. Your best bet is September.

It's just a discount. At one point, it was "everyone pays kids prices" for tickets and dining, but it's hasn't been that good the past few years.
