I asked my Disney planner/agent that same thing today. She said $266.00 for us. We are 6 nights, 7 days.

Now I really like you, lol. I have been saying this for years and have posted it to several threads however some just don't want to believe it. I got it from my 'source' a while ago but my source is no longer in the game.

For adults approximately $19.57 per day. For kids 3-9 approximately $3.81 per day.

Yes, you can make a specific request, especially with a medical condition. Are you using a travel agent?

Thank you for replying. I wasn't using a travel agent because I was worried I would miss out on free dining. I want to be able to make the reservation right away when it pops up instead of missing out on the room by waiting on the phone. I am not sure if this is what would happen though. I am new to all of this. It is the first vacation for us as a family as we have had so much money go to medical bills, but we have finally saved enough for this trip. I will take any advice any of you can give me. Would a travel agent be a better option for me?

I'm from Brazil and I just heard some news from my travel agent: our free dining promotions dates were released yesterday.

Here they are: 8/14-10/1, 11/15-11/21, 11/26-11/28,12/10-12/21. These are slightly different from the ones rumored.

Because english is not my native language, I'm used to just read the threads. I think this information may help someone at the boards, so I decided to share.

If you were using an agent, they could make the call to make your requests. But if you are going it alone, you will need to make that call once you get closer to arrival. You key will be once you get notice about online checkin. There is also a fax number to send special requests directly to your resort. Most suggest sending that fax a week before arrival.

I saw Pete Werners video on The Dis Facebook page and he mentioned maybe within the next week! I hope it's tomorrow or Monday!!

I just watched it. He said that one of their Dreams Unlimited travel agents noticed a glitch on Disney Travel Agent's (.com) where for just a moment a free dining option showed up under packages. The agent wrote down the dates that were showing up for that package. He says it looks like it is coming. He said this NOT confirmation; it was there just for a moment and then it was gone. It was being loaded into Disney's system, which suggests it is going to happen. Then he lists the dates they saw, which have been posted here earlier (8/23-10/1...11/15-11/21...11/26-11/28...12/10-12/21). That's the rumor. It is not confirmed, he says again. He also says to run the numbers and make sure you do your homework because room only is a better discount for some people.

Considering that we are booked for August, that our dates are not flexible and that we are going regardless... I am going to bed and not waking up in case a FD is offered for our dates (what, a 3% chance max?). Have a good night everyone, looking forward to read from you during my morning commute!

FD for Canadians has started in August a week or two before the Americans for the past few years.

A little more origin on the dates that Pete Werner mentioned. Per Joe Black " Orlando By Joe Those dates appeared very briefly in the Travel Agent portal. They could be real or they could've been testing or any number of things. Stay tuned...."
