2016 dining plan price set?

I know things are really up in the air with Disney these days, but I'm going to ask anyway.

Do we think the 2016 dining plan could change price even at this late date or is it likely set from now to the end of the year? I did a Google search and found several articles in March from this year and previous years talking about dining plan increases, so I'm thinking March is typical?

The 2017 price is higher already, so you should be set for the rest of 2016, but you never know. When the price increase happened with the 2017 packages, I thought the DDP increase was immediate, but it wasn't. If you book a package with DDP for the last week of Dec, you get the current 2016 price. If you change it one week to the first week in Jan, you get the 2017 price.

But this is Disney, and they could put that new price into the system whenever they want, but this is one that I think will stay as is.
