2016 DDP question

So, I'm looking at some restaurants on the Disney website and when I check to see if it fits into my dining plan it only has the 2015 entitlements and no 2016 - why is that?

The properties that are not Disney owned always are added later. It is pretty safe to assume if they are in the 2015 plan they will eventually be in the 2016 as well.

The non-Disney owned restaurants have until the end of the year to sign their contracts so until then thepreliminary dining plan brochures for 2016 only include the ones operated by Disney. In all the years the dining plan has existed, only one restaurant dropped out for a while and even it is participating this year. Unless something drastic happens, you can use this year's list as a guide for planning next year's meals.

Hi sorry if this is a silly question, but I too have the free Disney dining plan for May 2016 so my 180 days to book dining isn't too far off, should I just book the restaurants that I want based on 2015 list then if they don't appear on the 2016 dining plan can I cancel them with no charge?! Thanks in advance for your help!
