2016 Canadian Roll Call Thread

Gina,April and October? You naughty girl! Well played!
Heck, check out her TR's Ted. Depending on her departure date in October, that may actually count as 4 trips in 1 year....

That's not just well played, that's fracking awesome!!!

(Not to mention a really good use of those annual passes - maybe there is a bit of Scottish blood in the Bo-Bina lineage too?)

It's a bit of a sickness :o.

We managed to squeeze 3 trips into 2015 (May, October and Christmas) so "only" 2.5 weeks in 2016 has me feelin' a little blue. That and our dang dollar that keeps going down, down, down  .

Well now, I'll have to make sure we book for late October rather than mid-month, just so I don't sound excessive. Even to my Florida-lovin' ears, four trips in a 365 period sounds like a little much!!

The annual passes definitely help....and the fact that we purchased our Universal AP's long before the dollar tanked, and got our SeaWorld/Aquatica AP's on the buy one, get one free sale.

As for our heritage playing a part? Well, Steve is Dutch .... and you guessed correctly....I am of Scottish descent (albeit from way, way back) ... so thriftiness is born and bred right in us both :teeth: .

Suffering due to low CDN$, but Portofino Bay June 30-July 2 and BC CL GV July 3-10

New here :) Going April 2 - 9th, mostly Disney, but can't decide if I want to squeeze in a day at Universal, too. (Is it worth it??) Trying not to think about the cost with the crummy dollar.... :/

Added :thumbsup2 .

Universal is very much worth a visit IMHO (we prefer the Universal parks to the Disney parks, without question). But, one day at Universal is going to be a pricey endeavour, especially with the low dollar. Similarly, adding one Disney day to a Universal vacation is very, very expensive.

Feb 15 - 24 staying at a pool home in Indian Creek. Not doing much of anything except lazing, shopping and eating. :beach:

Yeah, I checked the ticket price today (especially because I'd want the park hopper for the whole Harry Potter experience), and WOW! Very expensive. So now I have to decide whether I want to go and see it in California (I live just outside of Vancouver), or if I will just have to return to Orlando to see it next time :)
