2015...last week of Jan, or Nov?

I'm planning for 2015, there will be 6 of us, and we prefer the cabins. We have done Summer and Christmas (!!), so this time I'm looking to go at a time of year that is a little slower, and cheaper. Would you recommend the end of January very beginning of February, or maybe October or November? Will it be warm enough to use the pools? Any advice? Thank you!

I like October because of the great weather, the Epcot food and wine festival and the awesome halloween party at the MK. After Christmas, it's my favorite time to be at WDW.
