Do any insiders or veterans know if BCV will receive its long rumored hard goods refurbishment next year?

Do any insiders or veterans know if BCV will receive its long rumored hard goods refurbishment next year?

I've been wondering this myself. I read online that the hotel renovation started August 4th and once they are 75% complete, they will start renovations on the villas. Fingers crossed that is true!

Members pay for all renovations, so what they do at the hotel isn't related to what they do at the villas.

Since rooms will have to be taken out of inventory, they would have to have plans for this 11 months in advance. I thought they said at December's annual meeting that it would be in 2014, time is running out.

It seems to me that BCV has needed it for sometime, and I wonder why the delay.
