2014 trip is paid for... Savings thread for 2015

I had a previous thread dedicate to saving for our 2014 trip but I just made our last deposit and the trip is fully paid for. With the 2014 trip paid for my focus is now onto our 2015 trip.

We are a family of 5 ( me, DH, DS 3 ( will he 4 at the time of the trip) twin dds they are 8 months and will be 2 at the time of the trip.
