This info typically leaks out during the next couple of months. Its still a bit early for anything right now. Your best bet is to just keep watching the DIS Boards as they will have the info as soon as available.

usually it is August I think.
there is a sticky on the restaurant section of the boards you should subscribe to.
Also the Disney food blog is a great place for information.

In general the full list is released at a Tables in Wonderland event at the end of July (just the major events, not the seminars and demos, you have to wait until right before the booking date for those) but we don't yet know the effect of the festival starting a week early this year.

Booking date isn't out yet either.
