2014 Disney Cruise Line Itineraries

Do any of you veteran Disney Cruise Line watchers, planners, and cruisers have any speculation on when the 2014 DCL itineraries might be publicized and posted on the DVC website?

Is the DCL website the best place to watch for the first release of them? Will they also post, immediately, on the DVC member website?

The only cruises I have seen posted on the DVC member website are the DVC cruises. They don't really advertise them at all through DVC. And when you want to book, they may tell you nothing is available in the category you want.

DCL Itineraries usually come out around October for the year after next. That means the 2014 itineraries should be out this Fall. This is not set in stone, however, and if plans call for a new itinerary the announcement is often delayed a bit.

I have found the best place to watch for announcements is the DCL board right here on the DISBoards. You will almost always find advance word there, often well before it shows up on the DCL sitte.

Usually the Travel Agents know first, particularly the Disney Specialist ones. Then they send us the e-mails and which we common folk post on the DCL board. Even if they release an itinerary, points required may not be known until the first day that Platinums can book, even to MS.
