I didn;t sign up myself Just came back and going again 12/23-30. Moving 3 times. I will check the list to see when the tree needs to be sent down. Assign me to tree that is open for the 12/24 date. So I can get it and then send it home.

I thought the thread was closed and couldn't figure out why until I came here to look. I know there's a lock thread icon, but that was my first instinct.

They couldn't find "mine" earlier in the month at OKW either. Insist that they keep looking. My bet is that it's there.

We took it down on the 19th and specifically pointed out your name and that you were arriving on the 24th. Tell them to look again.

At Jambo House. It's a big box...can't understand why Bell Services can't seem to locate. We had no issues...they brought it out with our luggage when we checked in.

Sorry I never responded. They did find the big box. My bellman found it. I guess the first guy wasn't really trying to hard to locate it. Enjoyed my stay at Jambo. Beach Club is another story.

Glad they found your tree.

I had a wonderful cast member help me on 12/31 when I called asking them to help find the tree and mail it back to me. Tracking says it will be home tomorrow.

they had problems finding it for us as well too, and as hubby is explaining it on the phone theyre like oh we found it, or they called back.

what a great idea, thanks for letting us be a part of it! sorry I didn't text you back about the tree- I didn't get international texting before we departed.

Glad they found it. I think if next year we should ask the person turning in the tree and have the CM put a tag (numbered), with the next persons name and arrival date they will be better able to find it. I loved the tree, and I had no hassle at Jambo House, but OKW was another story. But I am certain I can resolve this for next year with a bit more information required from the persons requesting the tree and commitments from the persons wanting to participate. Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays at the happiest place in the world!
