2013 Hawaii Entertainment Book

Years ago we used an entertainment book when we vacationed in Hawaii. We are heading back to Hawaii and will be on Oahu for 4 nights and Maui for 4 nights staying in basic hotel rooms. I am curious if anyone has purchased the 2013 Hawaii book? If so, could you tell me some of the fine dining restaurants that are included for Ka'anapali and Lahaina (Kobe's restaurant, Bubba Gump, etc.) areas in Maui (we are staying @ the Westin Maui) and if Roy's in Ko'olina (staying @ Aulani) on Oahu are included in the 2013 e-book?

I don't mind spending the money for the book but I don't want to waste my money if there are no restaurants close by where we are staying or where we will be touring.

Good question. We'll be on Maui for two weeks in July/Aug 2013. Any ways to save money would be welcome.

I bet the people in the tripadvisor oahu forums would know the answer to this.

I'll be buying the 2013 Hawaii book for our February trip. I'm hoping to find it cheaper after the new year though.
