2013 Dining Plan Question

I've noticed that quite a few restaurants have been dropped from the Dining Plan for 2013. Does anyone know is the 2013 plan likely to stay like that or will more restaurants be added later? In the world showcase it looks like only LeCellier, Les Chefs de France', The Rose & Crown, and the biergarten are on the plan?
