2013 Condo Assoc. Meeting questions

I just RSVP'd for us. We have not attended one before. Can I ask how long they usually last and what happens at this meeting (besides the BoD part I mean)....

Last year they cut out the questions and entertainment so my guess is that the meeting will take 1 1/2 hours now. You just sit and listen as they do their required meeting. They also report on what they intend to do next year like the BCV rehab.

IMO you should do everything once, for us one association meeting was enough.
