2012 HM halloween overlay dates

Is is safe to assume HM will be closed for the Halloween Overlay starting Aug 27th? I'm planning a trip with DH (12 year anniversary) and was planning to go Sept 7-9th but realized HM will be closed. We can bump up our trip for Aug 24-26 if necessary. No way do I want to go to DL and NOT ride HM!!!
