Usually at the same time that room rates are released (which has been August for the past few years).

I requested rates for Feb 2012 from AAA this week. The MYW base was almost $700 less than the MYW rates from WDW website. I am not aware of the AAA discounts for 2012 released yet?

I booked a room only reservation with the AAA discount through WDWs reservations for January 2012 a couple weeks ago. Saved us $500 over rack rate (8 nights in FW cabin). I'll keep an eye open for a better general public discount, but if none are offered at least I will receive some type of discount.
