I haven't seen any comment on this topic, I think it is a big deal and I am not a happy camper. 
In 2010 DVC has realocated the point charts moving points from Friday - Sataurday catagory to the Sunday - Thursday catagory. In effect it will now cost more points for a weekday night and less for a weekend night.
I just made an 11 month reservation for 5 nights at BWV Sunday to Friday. This new point chart has cost me 18% more points for the stay. Combine that with other reservations, I don't have enough points left for my trip in November.
I have been a memeber for 10 years and I full understand that they have everyright to reallocate the points per our contract. However it will cause a lot of people a problem when thay realize that they may not be able to schedule their vacation plans in the same manner they have in the past.
To me this sure feels like a price increase or infaltion were my fixed points have less buying power. I have no intension of buy additional points.
I am sure some people will have the opposite opinion. Some people will look at this as a blessing not a a curse. I suspect more people will be hurt by this than helped.
