2010 rates are up ???

I got an email from Dis yesterday updating the quote for our ressie for Jan 2010.

I went on the web and saw that the 2010 prices were out. Went back 10 min later to price my parents room, couldn't get in "no room available" so I tried for my ressie same response. Gave it a few minutes and it worked again but only for the rooom couldn't get a vacation package "no rooms were available"

Basically the only indo I was able to get was for Value season (last week on Jan) the prices did go up for Value resorts:

82$ per night regular room, said 92$ for the friday Jan 29...
190$ per night family suite, said 210 for the friday...

Not sure if these are the final rates. I don't know if the dinaing plan was increased. I will know soon enough...

The DDP did go up and is now a tiered price based on the season you are traveling. The increase is $42 and $47 for regDDP. Still no appetizers or gratuity included. QSDP went up as well.

I had no idea they were increasing the DDP as well. Oh well, what can you do?

Ya...stinkers they are. Makes me wonder if this will be the last year for free dining. We have enjoyed the DDP but we have never paid for it nor will we. It's a lot more per day than we would spend if paying OOP.

Lets hope so. We had to pass on FD this yr as I am due at the beginning of Nov. We are hoping to be able to get in on it next yr.

Just wanted to know if anyone else was trying to get quotes for December 2010? I can get quotes for any other month of the year except for December. Have logged in, logged off, tried at different times, but still comes back that there are no rooms available for that month.

I went on disney.com and got my quotes for our Jan 2010 trip. I thought it was a bit odd, I recall the past years the prices came out late August but I'm not complaining I'm excited about planning our next trip

Tonight I had no problem getting the quotes, maybe before it was glitches in the computer.
