2010 Marathon Weekend Waivers & Bib #'s Now available

Awesome - Thank you. I can bring the proof that isn't a problem.. 2 mins per mile adds up...lol And Yes I will definitely see how the corals play out before I worry..

Thanks

Just want to add the capacity was greatly expanded, you may be in your proper corral.

I used a 1:55 for my bib number of 35467

Hurray! It makes it so much more real!

5K = 3650
Half = 39075
Full = 12382

Holy cow, I just realized how much running I am doing that weekend! :rotfl:

I think they are being revised, because if you look, Robert's HM bib is in the 5's and there are no 5's on that list.
Yes, the have added an additional 5000 runners/walkers this year over last year. Bibs were only 47K and now 52K+. Obviously I have to fix mine at runner relations :sad2:

I got bib #51678...now I have questions.

This is my first half, first Disney race, first anything more than a 5K. When I signed up back in the spring I had no idea what my finish time would be as I was a new runner, had just done the couch to 5k program, so I didn't have much to base my estimated finish time on. So I just threw on there a finish time of 3:15.

[Side note: They incorrectly put in my est. finish time as 2:15, but of course they had no proof of that time...]

So based on my bib number they've put me at the very back of the pack. Let's say I am able to finish the Half in 2.5 hours, will I be able to do that if I am starting at the back like that? Does that matter?? And if it does not matter, why do people want to move up in corrals? Is it just so that you can start the race earlier (because it appears that the first wave starts at 5:50am, and the last at 6:15am)?

Thanks for any help, I feel so in the dark. I can't wait to go through all of this for the first time and understand how it works.

If you can prove your faster time bring it with you to the expo and they will change your corral.

People want to change to a faster corral so that there is less people on the course to try to weave around. If you are trying to BQ it can make all the difference.

Anyone know when the corrals are released?

Will post my bib #s tonight, forgot them at home....my bad

Here are my bib numbers
Mar Bib: 15639
HM Bib: 42188

Makes it all too real now - YIKES and I still have no hotel room - that has me freaked out more :eek:

Hi all,
Half 52064
Full 21843

I submitted proof of time for a 1:55 half and a 4:30 full. They didn't pay any attention to this as they have me as far back as I can get. Heck even without proof I should have been moved up just because I registered in February. Looks like I am starting from my hotel.

I'll get them changed when I get there just didn't want to have to go through the hassle. Just one more line to stand in but heck, that is what Disney is all about right :)

enjoy,
Duane

I guess I'm a little late to the party but when I clicked on the link, I got an error message.

I got the same message and cannot find where to see my waiver. I thought I was going crazy until I saw Vicky's post.

They have not released the link officially because they are not finished assigning bibs, so had to take it down to prevent us all from getting incorrect information.
