Halloween is awesome at the fort and as for the decorations they are all wonderful!We do a pretty big display.We were on the 800 loop this year and last year.we have been coming for the past 11 yrs.We were right across from the big red RV.We will be there again next year for sure.One thing I noticed this year was not as crazy as last year,which I'm glad.Thanks fellow campers.

Hey Tennants4, we were right across from you (not the Big Red Truck, but the Cameo). I didn't get a chance to tell you how awesome your cart was. I watched you for a couple of days putting out all your decorations and then creating that great cart. Thanks for the entertainment.

We stayed in a cabin at FW for the first time this Halloween.
What a wonderful place!!! We are ready to buy a camper
and come back. The atmosphere is terrific: people are
friendly and helpful and everything there is so much fun!!!

Since I've gotten home and talked to my friends, they say
that campgrounds are always like that - really friendly and
homey. We're ready to join in!

We had an awesome time camping at the Fort over Halloween. My boys (3 and 6) LOVED trick or treating. For them it was more about walking the loops and seeing the decorations than getting candy! It was our first time camping at the Fort. We stayed last September in a cabin and loved it so much that we booked a campsite when we got home and bought a travel trailer right before labor day. We're coming back on New Year's for a week, then have three more trips planned before the end of the year. We'd come more if my oldest wasn't in school. We LOVE the Fort and everyone we've met there!
