2010 dining packages

Has anyone heard of any rumors/changes to the dining plans for 2010? We are possibly going to Orlando and I am trying to get all my plans in order.

Do you think there will be free dining in February? Can I hope???

You can hope---but chances are, you'll be let down. Every year Free Dining has been offered so far, it has been during the September/October timeframe.

February is still a very slow time in WDW so while it's doubtful you'll get Free Dining, you should sign up on WDW's website, order the planning DVD, etc. in order to up your chances of getting one of those elusive random PINs (like 40% off).

Not likely to see Free Dining in February but other deals can be just as good. 2009 saw the fabulous 3 nights free deal when you book 4 nights. For a family with kids under 10 this can work out to a better deal than Free Dining as long as you don't stay in a Value resort.

Disney seems to be pretty fixated on late August and September for Free Dining so I would be pretty surprised to see it in February.

The Changes for the 2010 plan will be out sometime this summer. it is HIGHLY unlikey that Free dining would be offered in FEB. They may offer something like the 4/3 plan or other discounts though
