2009 rates?

I'm sorry if this has been posted already... I can't really look right now but are the 2009 rates available yet? I was highly irritated when I called the number to get information and they guy did laps around telling me that they weren't available yet for 15 minutes. I think I asked him 10 times hands down. I'm bound and determined to book with my AAA discount through a disney agent this time instead of a AAA agent and we want to get prices soon!
