Hello All:
I found the 2008 thread last year too late, but I saved it for this year.
I just purchased my daughters first elf from Elf Magic and am very excited. She will be 4 in January, so I think this will be a great year to start the tradition.
For all of you that don't know what I am talking about....I bumped last years thread for you to get a look.
My plan - we will be at WDW from Dec 4th to the 13th.
I purchased the santa footprint kit from Elf Magic and will have someone place the footprints while we are away on the carpet and lead them to her elf. When we comes home we can say Santa's been at our house. (heck, Tink visits her room while we are in Disney every night - why not Santa at home).
I don't think I am going to use the "he is reporting back to Santa every night if you have been good or bad" Just me - I absolutely can't stand it when I hear a parent at the holidays make the Santa threat. I am just going to have fun with it.
I think I will make the elf a little "bed" from a shoe box so my daughter can tuck the elf in every night. Then take care of the mischief while she is asleep. She will wake up to find the elf in the middle of its mess.
I have 12 nights to plan.....looking forward to it!!!!
