According to the cart parade route, there must be a way to access the campfire area from the 1400 loop. Maybe not legal at other times?

That is a good catch! I was noting that the text on this schedule is exactly the same as last years'. Either they will pull the barricades out of the 1400 loop access, or they actually will have to re-route the parade up to the only golf cart access up by the 1500 loop.

Doesn't the Headless Horseman ride in the campground (for the Haunted Carriage Ride)? Is there a place where you can see him? Or is it at the campfire?

The headless horseman appears at MK at the beginning of the parade during MNSSHP. Not at the campfire or FW as far as I have seen.

Right. We were at the MNSSHP last year. However, I thought I had read somewhere (maybe I'm mistaken) when the headless horseman appears for the haunted carriage ride which is at FW that there is somewhere you can see him? Maybe I just dreamed that......

come to the golf cart parade tomorrow @ 6. be waiting for it @ 5:45.

it WILL go down the main rd. take a right @ the 4 way and then go through the 1400 loop. the pylons will be removed for the parade and carts will be directed as to where they should park.

The headless horseman chases the ghost carriage ride at the fort every night, every carriage ride. If you stand at the walkway into the 100 loop coming from the Settlement you can see him as the carriage comes through. You can't get close but you can see him.
