2008 Goofy - at 50%!!! Do they update the capacity over the weekend?

Does anyone know if they update the capacity over the weekend? I just want to make sure that they let us know when it's filled!

I could be wrong here, but I'm guessing a huge amount of people registered for it the day it opened, or within the next couple days, especially those who were at the race this year. I predict a tapering off of the registrations and that it won't fill for a few months. In fact I'll even make a prediction, April Fools Day! And we can all laugh at me when I'm totally wrong. Anyone want to take the over/under (before/after) Apr 1?

I totally agree with you Matt, I guess April 15th!

Last year it sat at 90% full for over a month in May/June.

Although I have been wrong before!

Matt, I agree with you. In fact I was looking at my registration information after getting home from the Goofy last week and discovered that I in fact had registered on April 1, 2006 - I wonder if that is a coincidence or a simply confirmation of my foolishness. I will guess the goofy fills by March 15 because registration is ahead of pace this year.

You know, I might not be too sure about Goofy not filling up for a while....

With the 15th anniversary and the special medal and all, I would expect that both Goofy and the Full are going to fill up WAY earlier than usual. The Goofy challenge only seems to be getting more popular (and lots of people know about it).

Just my .02, but I would hate to see someone that really wanted to go Goofy next year get shut out. Still, totally conjecture on my part.

That makes me feel slightly better....kinda....I hope that you're right! I sent in my application form anyway, though if anything changes on Monday, I'm gonna just register online and call up to tell them that I've already been registered! Thanks for your info though!

My prediction is no later than Valentines Day! It wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't fill sooner as the buzz this year is everyone is scrambling to sign up now. Don't wait!
