2008 bounceback - how many rooms?

Me and two friends arrive in 4 days at WDW. I plan to book a room for BB 2008 and friend A plans to book one as well for her family. Can friend B book a room for friend C (who will not be with us on the trip ~ she's our boss, someone has to stay and actually work !!) & her family? Friend B would not be a member of the reservation, but could be part of mine. Friend C is very anxious to partake in free dining and would like to know if this is a possibility. Thanks

There are some posts floating around with the actual flyer in it from Pop. I noticed it says "non transferable" at the bottom under the rules. I'm guessing someone can't book for someone else. If this was the case, I would certainly think about having my DIL book a trip for me while she's there next week, but don't think it's possible. I'll be following this thread in case I'm wrong.

My understanding is a guest can book a bb reservation for themselves.

will there be any other adults with you on your upcoming trip? if so, *each* of those adults can book a room... have one of them book for themself, boss, her kids, and later down the road, you may be able to change the names (as long as it's before the 45 day mark)...

I just got back this evening from our 8 day trip . On our first day, one of my friends and myself each booked free DDP packages for next September. She booked hers for early September and asked about booking one for our friend who was not on the trip. She was told that she could book up to 3 rooms with the free DDP promotion, so she booked one for our friend. I called later that day and was told that I could also book up to 3 rooms with the free DDP promotion. I booked one for 3 adults (used myself, DH and DS), knowing that DH would probably not be coming. The CM actually suggested that I do that just to hold the space. I was unsure of firm dates so she suggested that I book longer than I needed and drop days (before the 45 day mark) as needed. What a deal it is! After 8 days of free dining I am sooooo stuffed. New diet on Monday (DS's 18th B-day is tomorrow and I LOVE birthday cake !).
