Nastia took Gold, Shawn took Silver in Women's Gymnastics all-around last night.

Stayed up til 1am to watch ahaha. One of those "16 year old" Chinese girls fell on her vault. I kinda felt bad, but maybe if she was of age it wouldn't have happened.

nastia and shawn would do something perfect and get deductions and the little chinese girls would screw up and get just as good of scores.
i'm soooooooo happy they pulled it out though.

I wouldn't be suprised if the system is rigged. Knowing China...well, that's all I'm going to say. I think the IOC is going to find out it was a big mistake having the games in Beijing.

As for the Phelps thing, that's part of the appeal. He is THE greatest Olympian EVER, he goes and wins race after race like it's no big deal. He knows he's going to win. What can I say, mild arrogance appeals to me. LOL

In an article I read, Phelps plans to retire before 30. GAWD NO don't let that happen!

My mom said the same thing. Even the commentators(sp?) were saying the scores they were giving the chinese were way too high for what they did. But we got the gold and silver sooo that's good!!
