2008 at poly any great rates so far

Looking to go to the poly, has anyone come across any great room rate, or package deal that discounts the room rate.

I got 10% off with AAA. Not that great, but better than nothing. Hoping for something better.

Currently booked at a 15% off (AAA) rate for LV at Poly in early December. Will be hoping & watching for a better discount room rate/code to perhaps be released c. August.

I got $500 off using the Magic Your Way package that came out 11/1. We were booked in garden view starting 2/8/08 and I was able to apply the discount code. $150 of that is the switch to free Hoppers, but the rest is room discount. About 12% off room, I'd guess.

We have 2 rooms booked for May 2008; lagoon view concierge and garden view concierge. We were able to get the AAA discount on the lagoon concierge room but it wasn't available on the garden view concierge.

There still may be Annual Pass discounts and general public discounts, but they're not guaranteed.

The best thing for you to do is keep checking here on the DIS for your time period, to see if any codes come out.

Hi: I would love to go back to the poly as it is our favorite resort, but I just cannot justify paying over 300 a night when I know I can get a moderate for half the price.
But after I book a moderate I start thinking about the poly resort again, booking a meal there etc, wanting to walk around the grounds, just to be there again.

I am playing the waiting game, too.

I booked 2 rooms at POP with AAA rate.

With a discount I am willing to do any

1. any monorail resort (with Poly being the fav)
2. Epcot resort (haven't tried yet)
3. WL or AKL (if our teens don't come with us)
